Preparing for an aerial fitness class in Nicoya, Costa Rica

About Me

I’m a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher in New York City with over 25 years of experience and with clients ranging from 45 to 85 years old. I am committed to helping people live a higher quality life through movement. I provide in-home personal training in Brooklyn and Manhattan and virtual training for other locations. I work with you to design a safe, effective, and customized program based on your goals, fitness level, and medical history.

I specialize in working with 40+ adults. No matter your age, you are in an aging body, but you don’t need to accept an inevitable diminished quality of life. With the right program and mindset, you can minimize or even reverse these declines, My own personal history from injuries and repetitive stress as a competitive dancer, gymnast, professional cheerleader, and high impact fitness professional sent me on an odyssey of medical rehabilitation and recovery which included many modalities from traditional western medicine and surgery, to alternative methods such as acupuncture and yoga. As we age, the way we use and treat our bodies must change, and I enjoy sharing my perspective and experience with my clients.
