Originally from Southern California, Ms. Yip has performed with dance and theater companies in Boston, San Francisco, and New York. She got her start professionally as a modern and jazz dancer, ultimately branching into musical theater, professional cheerleading, and various forms of ethnic dance. Her work received national exposure when she was selected as both choreographer and feature dancer for the Ms. Fitness USA national and world competitions, sponsored by 24 Hour Fitness, and televised on ESPN.Her dance performance experience includes Ace Entertainment, The New England Patriots Cheerleaders, Samba Tropical, and the Bally's Fitness Dance Team. She currently studies Flamenco from renowned Spanish teachers Jose Molina, Omayra Amaya, Oscar Valero, and Nelida Tirado, and ballet from ballet master Finis Jhung. 

Jen created and performs a solo show "Iris" which is based on the life of the late author Iris Chang (The Rape of Nanking).  Other favorite stage credits include "A Chorus Line" (Regional - Connie Wong) and RANT (Tamayo). Ms Yip has recently trained at The Barrow Group, Upright Citizens Brigade, Improvolution, and performs with the improvisational comedy troupe Punching Hal (www.punchinghal.com). Film and TV credits include English as a Second Language (Ming), Year of the Dragon, Matrix II, and East Broadway.
